If you're looking to return a purchase, we've got you. Just be sure to submit your request within a week of purchase to our sales associates or through any of our official communication channels. We will be sure to try our best in fulfilling your requests, but Grey Market ultimately reserves the right to reject your request after further analysis.
Kindly understand that we are unable entertain any requests submitted past the one-week mark. Beyond that period, you are welcome to trade your watch with us. As we want to ensure that your satisfaction is taken care of, we highly encourage you to thoroughly examine your products before making your final decision. 1. How long will delivery take?
Delivery will commence after the payment finishes processing and has been confirmed. Processing typically takes between 5 to 7 days. Following that, our delivery takes between 3 to 7 days for local shipping within Singapore, and 14 to 28 days for international shipping (this is an estimate that varies depending on the receiving country).
Self-collection is also available if that is an option you’d prefer.
2. Will my watches be covered under warranty?
All our timepieces are covered within a 6 months of warranty by Grey Market Singapore, should the original warranty of the watch expire before your purchase.
Our warranty only covers watch movement.
3. Can I sell/trade my watch here?
We accept trades and buy-ins subject to the condition of your watch. Our staff at Grey Market will have to examine your watch to check for its condition and authenticity, before being able to make an offer with you.
